Welcome to the September 2025 Newsletter From The Vines

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at The Vines!

Let’s celebrate our wonderful dads who bring joy, laughter and special moments into their children’s days.

Wishing you all a fantastic day!

Housekeeping notices The Vines’ team

  • Can you please remember to leave all toys at home? Please do not bring them into the classrooms!! Favourite toys are special and losing them can make life difficult. Bringing toys can also make drop-offs harder, so please, leave them in the car.
  • The car park is a dangerous place. Please SLOW DOWN. Children are unpredictable, and they are still learning. They may run out without any notice. We would hate it if someone got hurt.

Te Wiki o te Reo Māori is celebrated the week 14–20 September

This year’s theme is ‘Kia Kaha te reo Māori’. Let’s celebrate and promote te reo Māori and help to secure its future as a living, dynamic, and rich language.

This year, Whānau Day features performances Sau e Siva & A Fool’s Company’s Savvy and the Stolen Recycling, a workshop by Atamira Dance Company, as well as our reo Māori waiata, and more! Stories will be shared by Marianne Infante, Turou Takitua, Qiane Matata-Sipu, and more to come!
